In accordance with its Order of Reference from the Senate of October 28, 1997, and from the House of Commons of November 18, 1997, your Committee has considered matters relating to custody and access arrangements after separation and divorce and has agreed to the following:That the Special Joint Committee on Child Custody and Access be authorized to continue its deliberations beyond November 30, 1998, and that it present its final report no later than December 11, 1998.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings is tabled in the House of Commons.
